I've been studying pilates at Studio 4 Pilates in Half Moon Bay for the past year. I am in the Ron Fletcher Program of Study which will make me a certified Ron Fletcher pilates teacher when I pass my many exams in early January. Ron Fletcher actually studied with Joe Pilates and has evolved the work to make it even more effective. He developed the great towel work and has refined many moves on the spine corrector and the reformer.
Now it is time to start my own business teaching pilates. I really look forward to working with people to increase their strength, flexibility and mobility. It has certainly worked for me and it can work for you.
